Friday Night Summer Series 2008

VideoFNSS Cosford Veterans startAug 12, '07 5:15 PM
by Jack for everyone
What seemed like a relaxed start to me enabled me to slot into 3rd place surprisingly easily (cheers Brownie) for the wooded downhill. The first time I've seen the leaders all year, only lasted half a lap but its a start.

Jef Sharpe did his disappearing act as usual and Martin chased but could not hold off Steve Large who grabbed second place. Keith Sperry moved past for 3rd to shove me back to a more customary 4th. The whole race was then about fighting off Gary Houghton, which finally came down to a sprint which I got.

Great course and a whole load of fun.

Blimy this has been watched 22 times already, you guys get up early ;-).
So what do you think is best, handlebar mount or helmet mount ??

Surely a "Bob wobble" is a bobble?

helmet mount(it`s still a good video can even see me in the first few seconds) :-).

i'm a bit in between, through the single track probably would have been better on your helmet(did i just write that?) but overall better on the bars

Very good! bit of on biki vid that actually looks fast!

It looks 'steadier' handlebar mounted, and 'coz of the lower angle really makes the action look faster, works for me.

Stick on the bottom of the fork leg - then it would look really quick!

Looks very good but could do with a bit of heavy rock/punkie sound track
