Just a last minute short note to let everyone know, can you park down by the lake this year.
You may drive up to Harringworth Lodge (on the Deene to Laxton road) and just turn left and follow the track to the lake side.
Unfortunately, Justin Mumfords dad was taken seriously ill last Sunday so he has left it up to me to sort it all out. The CATS club went over on Wednesday evening and we have laid out a fast flowing 4.1km course.
Approx 10-13 minute laps, so 5 laps for the top racers.
Start will be at 7.15pm prompt because of how dark it will be in the woodland after 8pm
